These dimensions are Environmental, Physical, Mental, Social, and Existential. Understanding these categories can be pivotal for anyone looking to evaluate and improve their health comprehensively.


Initial research focused on these five categories. However, further analysis expanded this framework to include up to twenty determinants. This extension aims to create a more detailed research tool that can assess individual health more accurately.
